LED light safety performance module:

The common self-ballasted LED lamp refers to the lamp holder in accordance with IEC 60061-1, which contains the LED light source and the necessary components to maintain a stable ignition point. This kind of lamp is generally suitable for homes and other similar places for lighting purposes, and it cannot be disassembled without damaging its structure. Its power needs to be kept below 60 W; the voltage should be kept between greater than 50 V and less than or equal to 250 V; the lamp holder must meet the requirements of IEC 60061-1.

Self-ballasted LED lights must comply with the national mandatory standard GB 24906-2010 "Safety requirements for self-ballasted LED lights above 50 V for general lighting" involving signs, interchangeability, protection against electric shock, mechanical strength, insulation resistance and electrical strength, etc. Multiple parameters.

1. Detection safety mark: The mark must indicate the source of the mark, product voltage range, rated power and other information, and the mark must be displayed clearly and durable on the product.

2. Product interchange test: When there is a faulty lamp such as LED, we need to replace it. In order to ensure that the product can be used with the original base, the lamp should use the lamp cap specified in IEC 60061-1 and the gauge in compliance with IEC 60061-3.

3. Protection of live parts: The structural design of the lamp should ensure that when the lamp is installed in a lamp holder conforming to the lamp holder data leaflet, it cannot touch the metal parts in the lamp holder or the lamp body without the auxiliary housing of the lamp shape. Insulated external metal parts and live metal parts.

4. Insulation resistance and electric strength after damp treatment: Insulation resistance and electric strength are the basic indicators of the material and internal insulation of the LED lamp. The standard requires that the insulation resistance between the current-carrying metal parts of the lamp holder and the accessible parts of the lamp should not be less than 4 MΩ, Electrical strength (HV type lamp holder: 4 000 V; BV type lamp holder: 2U + 1 000 V) Flashover or breakdown is not allowed during the test.

5. Product strength test: the firmness of the riveting between the LED lamp cap and the lamp body. According to the requirements of the standard: the lamp cap should be firmly connected with the lamp body or with the part used for screwing in or out of the lamp. For lamp caps that are not fixed by bonding, relative movement between the lamp cap and the lamp cap is allowed, but it should not exceed 10°

1. Harmonic: IEC 61000-3-2 clarifies the emission limit of the harmonic current of lighting equipment and the specific measurement method. Harmonic refers to the electricity contained in the current whose frequency is an integer multiple of the fundamental wave. In the circuit of the lighting equipment, because the sine wave voltage flows through the nonlinear load, a non-sine wave current is generated, and the non-sine wave current produces a voltage drop on the grid impedance, so that the grid voltage waveform also forms a non-sinusoidal waveform, thereby polluting the grid. Excessive harmonic content will cause additional loss and heat generation, increase reactive power, reduce power factor, and even damage equipment and endanger safety.

2. Disturbance voltage: GB 17743-2007 "Limits and measurement methods of radio disturbance characteristics of electrical lighting and similar equipment" gives the limit and specific measurement method of disturbance voltage. When the disturbance voltage of self-ballasted LED lamps exceeds the limit , It will affect the normal operation of the surrounding electronic and electrical equipment.
